MyHealthDrīv/CommunityHealth IT, Inc prioritizes maintaining the confidentiality of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI). 


MyHealthDrīv/CommunityHealth IT, Inc does not (and will not) sell or disseminate PII or PHI.


MyHealthDrīv/CommunityHealth IT, Inc works with its partners and volunteers to help protect participants' privacy and provide for the security of their PII and PHI. 


MyHealthDrīv/CommunityHealth IT, Inc services are designed to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, directives, and regulations. Examples include: 1) Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and regulations promulgated thereunder by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (the “HIPAA Regulations”), 2) Florida Information Protection Act of 2014 (“FIPA”), and 3) Cybersecurity Act of 2015 (CSA).

Drivers: Zero Tolerance for Being Under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol while Driving

CommunityHealth IT, Inc has zero tolerance for MyHealthDrīv drivers being under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the course of any MyHealthDrīv-related trip.
